We utilize a large number of the top Technical Recruiting Sites. These sites provide databases with an unlimited variety of technical resources for any required technical skill. We are able to search for, and contact, qualified computer professionals very quickly.

Providing Professionals Carefully Matching Your Contract Requirements

Our Recruiters follow a rigorous recruiting and hiring process: screening, interviewing, reference checking and technically qualifying each candidate. 

Omni-Source ensures that all candidates are qualified prior to being submitted to our customers. Our process consists of the following steps:

• An introductory interview for the specific project is held to confirm the candidate's qualifications, salary requirements, availability and interest in the project.
• A 'tech skills interview' is conducted either by the recruiter, or by a specialty 'tech interviewing' company, Derrico Computers & Software Unlimited, Inc.
• Reference checks consisting of at least one previous manager are done for all first time employees.

Once the above process is complete, we choose the most qualified professionals with the desired background and work ethic to submit to our customer.
