Omni-Source ensures that all candidates are qualified prior to being submitted for a project. Our process consists of the following steps:
- An introductory interview for the specific project is held to confirm the qualifications, salary requirements, availability and interest in the project.
- A 'tech skills interview' is conducted either by the recruiter or by a specialty 'tech interviewing' company.
- Reference checks are done for all first time employees. Reference checks must consist of at least one previous manager, preferably two. Our opportunities vary, and at all times, we will let you know exactly what to expect, and what is going on with the potential opportunity.
